In a study of 66 adults in an intensive outpatient program, average depression and anxiety scores were lower at the end than at the start.
That program met three days a week for three hours a day, a schedule comparable to PathWell's group mornings.
Depression symptoms: group average 29.49 at the start and 12.77 at the end, on a scale from 0 to 64 where lower means fewer symptoms.
